We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery (of your items, not your baby) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

A store credit will be issued for returned items that were gifts.  

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 4 business days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue  and remedy the situation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of worn items or gift cards.

A store credit will be issued for returned items that were gifts. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What are the shipping rates in the US?

Standard Shipping

We offer $9.00 standard shipping on all US orders, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping times may be affected by Holidays and inclement weather.

Unfortunately, once your order ships, we cannot make any changes to any part of the order.

What are the shipping rates for Canada? 

Shipping rates to Canada are calculated during checkout. Please note that we do not cover duties or taxes on international orders.
